During the past 16 months we have all been on an emotional rollercoaster to say the least. No one could have ever imagined that we would still be confined to our homes a year later. It is important that we take time out and focus on selfcare and just taking time out to reflect and recharge. We have all felt tension, stress and fear during this whole Covid-19 pandemic.
